BASIC INFORMATION
The Czech Insurance Association is an interest grouping established according to Section 20 f) of the Civil Code in order to organize and support mutual aid and cooperation as well as to secure interests of insurance and reinsurance companies (hereinafter referred to as insurance companies).
The Czech Insurance Association is a legal person headquartering in Prague and its activities has taken up on January 1, 1994.
Mission of Czech Insurance Association is to represent, protect, and to assert common interests of member insurance companies and their clients in relation to the state administrative authorities, legislative authorities and other entities.
The Secretariat is the executive body of the ČAP and, through its working bodies and groups, ensures the fulfillment of tasks arising from the scope of the association and according to current priorities or tasks approved by the Presidium or the Assembly of Members.
The association is represented in public by the executive director.
